The house was built on two floors.

On the ground floor, the main entrance is via a wooden balcony with access to the TV and reading room integrated into a full kitchen, a guest toilet and a private outside pergola.

The living room is also interconnected to the central deck linking all units.

In the private pergola has a table for small meals with a very nice view to a native forest.

A large double room with two rooms is on the first floor and a balcony with a table and a wooden armchair with white cushions. The bathroom, as in the other units, is decorated with clay vats of Tiradentes-MG and taps in the shape of wooden spouts with a beautiful view of the native forest and access to this bathroom is by a suspended wooden walkway over kitchen, which has the right foot double, presenting a perfect integration between the spaces.

As accessories the house features a 42 "led tv in the living room and another in the double bedroom, wi-fi, dvd, split of 18,000 btus in the bedroom. In the kitchen: 265lts stainless steel refrigerator, 5 burner stove, scrubber and microwave, hair dryer and coffee maker.
